As an Area Manager at Empire Homes, one of the leading homebuilders in Texas, I oversee the Greater Austin Area, managing multiple projects, teams, and budgets. I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality homes that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders.I have a diverse and well-rounded background that combines technical skills, business acumen, and cross-cultural communication. I hold an A.S. in Building Construction Technology from Austin Community College and a B.A. in International Relations and Affairs from Texas State University. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and have experience working with contractors and suppliers from different countries and backgrounds. I am skilled in payroll processing, creative problem solving, building codes, concrete, framing, and organizational leadership. I am passionate about creating sustainable and affordable housing solutions that enhance the quality of life and the environment of our communities.
