Lead IT infrastructure projects related to business initiatives and client requests Responsible for on-premise datacenter (VMware) and cloud datacenters (Azure and AWS) Deploy new code and configurations for core applications (ERP, eCommerce) Remediate internal/external security incidents and vulnerabilities. Create and test backups with Commvault, Azure and Cloudberry. Perform disaster recovery testing for critical business applications, using Zerto/Azure/VMware. Maintain server/computer OS images with SCCM, including drivers, task sequences and applications Deploy Hyper-V physical hosts and virtual machines for remote offices Manage Active Directory, including Domain Controllers, Users, Groups, Computers, GPOs Configure endpoint protection policies for servers and computers Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours work and emergencies Monitor and immediately respond to alerts for servers and applications to maintain uptime and SLAs. Train team members and transfer knowledge as needed
