ABOUT ALEJANDRA PÉREZ

In January 2025, I celebrated my two-year anniversary as a Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Executive Assistant at Sandoz Canada, a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines. In this role, I support the senior leadership team with various administrative tasks and projects related to the pharmaceutical industry, such as regulatory submissions, compliance audits, and stakeholder communications.Before joining Sandoz Canada, I worked for over 7 years at Innomar Strategies, a specialty pharmacy and patient support services provider, where I helped patients access and afford their medications. I started as an Administrative and Copay Assistant, and then advanced to a Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist, where I also coached and trained new hires. Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in employee coaching, business storytelling, and communication, which I use to enhance my performance and collaboration with my colleagues and clients.I am also a student of Project Management at McGill University School of Continuing Studies, where I am learning how to plan, execute, and deliver successful projects in different domains. I have earned multiple certifications from LinkedIn in topics such as Six Sigma, Better Business Writing, and New Manager Foundations, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I am fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and I have a background in psychology and sociology, which help me understand and connect with diverse audiences and cultures.I am passionate about improving the quality of life of people through innovative and accessible healthcare solutions. My goal is to leverage my skills, knowledge, and experience to contribute to the mission and vision of Sandoz Canada, and to grow as a professional and a leader in the healthcare sector.
