With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Emphasis in Marketing from San Francisco State University, I have a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategies, which I leverage to create and execute effective employer branding and candidate engagement campaigns. I also have multiple certifications within Google Ad Search, Social Media Marketing and LinkedIn Recruiter, which have helped me to source, attract, and connect with diverse and qualified candidates online.I have over four years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations, working with a Global Fintech Startup, a Unicorn SaaS Company, and an industry-leading Staffing Firm. I have successfully filled hundreds of positions, ranging from entry-level to executive-level, across multiple locations and functions. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of various HR initiatives, such as Employee Retention, Performance Management, and Culture Building.I am currently a Digital Marketing Captain at COOP where I am able to teach Apprentices marketing skills and new tools within the ever-evolving field, such as managing campaigns through Excel, SEO and SEMRush.
