Manage a growing implementation team by providing each member monthly one on ones, goals, and listening and acting on their feedback-Support the payment operations team in migration efforts, the rollout of new products, and effectively test new integrations-Project manage multiple implementations simultaneously, by keeping in contact with communication, updates, and meetings with other teams-Train other teams and members for other roles within the organization-Conduct training sessions and multiple activities to train the team on any new features, software systems, and improvements-Provide detailed reporting to leadership, presenting on a quarterly basis, and forecasting on a monthly basis-Strategically streamline implementation process with constantly changing procedures and addition of new products-Successfully work cross-functionally with numerous teams for a wholesome implementation from sales to support to successfully manage the client experience-Efficiently collaborate with third-party companies as needed.
