ABOUT ALEJANDRA DE MATTEIS

I am currently working full-time as a Product Marketing Manager at SBS (previously Sopra Banking Software) in Paris, after completing my Master’s in International Business at IÉSEG School of Management in France.Before that, I earned a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW Sydney, majoring in International Business and Chinese Studies. My academic and professional journey has given me a strong foundation in strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, and business development across diverse markets.During my time at SBS — first as a Product Marketing Intern and now in a full-time role — I’ve focused on developing go-to-market strategies, refining product messaging, leading competitive research, and supporting cross-functional teams across sales, product, and content. A highlight was planning and hosting a LinkedIn Live event, which strengthened our brand’s visibility and positioning in the financial tech space.With experience living in Indonesia, Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney, and now France, I bring a global perspective and a natural curiosity about how people, products, and markets connect. I’m passionate about storytelling through marketing, and I enjoy digging into data just as much as crafting the narrative around it.Fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin, and currently working toward fluency in French.
