Director of Total Wealth Solutions at Scotia Wealth Management, where I have the privilege to lead a team, focused on designing and building digital solutions and capabilities for Advisors across our international markets. Previously, I worked in International operations and the Global Contact Centres, while completing the Global Operations Leadership Development Program. Additionally, I worked in International Retail Banking, Digital Banking and Global Customer Experience teams at Scotiabank. Outside of work, I volunteer for Mental Health and Wellbeing organizations. I am also an avid traveller and have volunteered for wildlife conservation programs in Africa. In my spare time, I enjoy trying new foods, painting, exercising, or walking my dog. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing from Queen’s University. Currently based out of Toronto, Canada.
