Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal (Sales department, Producers, Business Affairs, Finance, Broadcast Licensees, etc) and external clients to ensure all aspects of delivery are met within the agreed contractual SLAs and budgets.• Integral to the POC integration of our MAM system including robust testing, feedback tracking, team training, change requests, ongoing incident management and continuous service improvement.• Responsible for the management of incoming digital files from Production, MaM storage of all assets, metadata tagging, compliance certification and content tagging in our Rights management system.• Review technical specifications for client onboarding and delivery and platform access testing, liaising with Sales to relay relevant material costs and delivery timelines.• Facilitate technical relationships between external Post facilities and internal Programme Servicing to relay international versioning requirements and communicate any non-compliant technical material. • Manage initial automated QC through Vidchecker, including building profiles for auto QC and understanding subsequent reports (including client-provided Harding, Baton etc reports). Liaise with the Programme Management (IPM) team relaying failures and collaboratively working with Producers to supply fixes of Master content.• Managing the incoming team who oversees the incoming process, screener creation for the group, ancillary checks and uploads and any other further department ad-hoc tasks.• Responsible for managing communication with clients for deliveries and redeliveries of any failed content within agreed SLAs.
