Senior IT System Manager Commercial Lending Infolease and Rapport

Due to eagerness to learn more and try a different area in business operations/Information technology, I started leading the Infolease and Rapport Implementations as System Manager. My current duties are-Leading a team of 5 direct reports plus variety of pools/resources for project/deliverables located in different time-zones as Mexico and Spain, ensuring all the leasing and loan contracts of Santander US have the adequate maintenance, enhancements and technical solutions. In order to achieve this, I interview and select resources with complementary skills to form the suitable teams for each deliverable-Understanding what the clients desire and priorities, review with development teams, understand all the options and provide managers from both sides (internal IT team and external business clients) with the best options (pros and cons). Advice customers and lead deployment of the chosen strategy-Creating and providing technical and business documentation: from concept analysis to project plans and testing strategies; supervising the whole process end to end. Keeping budget and delivery timing under control with a fair workload for each team members. Projects recently done: Infolease Upgrade from 10.2 to 10.6.7 and Rapport 7.0 to 7.3 in 2020. This project was budgeted in 2 million dollars. I am currently leading another upgrade to Infolease 10.22.03 and Rapport 7.22.03 with similar budget. I also managed a 4 months project to analyze Cloud solutions to our data management-Escalating issues to Santander Top management, always maintaining a transparent communication with business to ensure trust and receive feedback while maintaining the relationship-Supporting Production systems attending incidents 24/7 managing the corresponding escalations and SLAs; making sure Infolease runs as per business and IT Top Management expectations-Ensuring we comply with all the legal requirements: SOX reporting, data storage for audit purposes, etc
