Economist promoting evidence-based policy and public sector innovation in Latin America and the Caribbean. I work at the Competitiveness, Technology and Innovation Division of the Inter-American Development Bank, where I support public agencies in advancing productive development, entrepreneurship, and development effectiveness. I currently co-lead the design of two programs in Ecuador and Paraguay. Within my office, I lead cross-cutting agendas, integrating data-driven tools to enhance project design, generate research on institutional capacity for productive development, and promote learning from evaluations finding. I hold an MSc in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
