Worked with the Communications Manager to successfully complete a full website redesign for a local environmental charity.Tasks included- analysing user and behaviour data from previous website to understand which programs/services/pages worked and didn\'t- defined goals of the website: increase awareness of the company (website traffic), create a responsive experience (desktop, tablet and mobile-friendly design), and have more registrations for workshops, services, and programs (conversions through form submissions)- developed an information architecture of the new website with a new structure and navigation, based on findings from data analysis and keeping new goals in mind- Consulted internal stakeholders to understand key elements of their departments that the website should be able to host (eg. signing up for an event, hosting an intake form)- Designed wireframes of key pages and interactions to visualize navigation, website, and page structure- Designed, developed, and maintain the full website, features, etc. on Wordpress- Met and exceeded all goals within the first month of the website launch. Received praise and recognition from various local environmental organizations
