As a highly motivated Construction Management professional, I bring a strong academic background and hands-on experience in site engineering, quantity surveying, and project coordination. With a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management (Co-op) from Conestoga College and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, I have developed a solid foundation in construction methods, building codes, and project planning. My expertise spans cost estimation, risk management, and project control strategies, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within budget. My professional experience includes working as a Site Engineer at Eltekon Engineers, where I contributed to site design, quantity takeoffs, and sewer and lateral construction projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards. I am proficient in Bluebeam (Quantity Surveying), Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Excel, equipping me with the necessary tools for efficient project scheduling, planning, and execution. Additionally, my managerial skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities enable me to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
