Navigating significant life challenges while sustaining executive leadership reinforced my belief that durable transformation depends on psychological safety, steady leadership, and teams built to thrive through uncertainty.I began my career in customer sales at The Home Depot, where I learned that trust and service define lasting partnerships.I later joined No Magic (Dassault Systèmes), starting as a software engineer integrating MagicDraw/Cameo within complex ecosystems before advancing to Solution Architect supporting enterprise adoption, global training, and the U.S. Government Digital Engineering cohort shaping the Digital Engineering Strategy.At Modern Technology Solutions, Inc, I served as Chief Engineer for Digital Engineering, scaling a capability from 2 practitioners to more than 80 in under three years while supporting major acquisition and innovation efforts, including NASA Advanced Air Mobility initiatives.In 2021, I founded Enola Technologies, growing the organization from inception to ~$5M in under three years while leading strategy, partnerships, and MBSE transformation delivery.I also voluntarily support United States participation in digital initiatives through the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, collaborating with efforts aligned to the United States Department of Commerce and United States Department of State while presenting internationally on U.S. digital engineering capabilities.Today, as Senior Director of Digital Engineering, I focus on building enduring transformation capabilities, developing mission-aligned business lines, and strengthening trusted partnerships with a growing opportunity pipeline with all new growthI am driven by building people, solving meaningful mission problems, supporting my family, and delivering transformation that is innovative, responsible, and worthy of long-term trust.

   In the process of creating a digital engineering department from scratch focused on the holistic digital enterprise transformation involving traceability and data synchronization by development, management, and orchestration of both COTS and custom data warehouses encompassing operations generally through their ERP systems and cost-accounting systems; engineering involving requirements through to architecture through to detailed design and ending with the EBOM; manufacturing where we are integrating MES systems, QMS systems, and embedded AI sensors for automated defect detection on the factory floor; and through to automated Integrated Verification & Validation where we have a testing platform enabling us to automatically compare test results against the initial requirements and specifications to ensure the as-built systems meet the design constraints.In addition to digital transformation, we also provide expertise in coaching, framework/methodology development, and simulateble system architectures with MBSE in a tool-agnostic form. Finally, we provide subject matter expertise in use of Artificial Intelligence within the digital thread for querying, automatic dashboarding, etc. along with automation for reverse engineering and architectural development.On top of creating/running the Digital Engineering department in as lean a manner as possible, I also run Davidson\'s Commercial, International, and Navy accounts where we specialize in foreign technology transfer, coaching to ally contractors in best practices for defense design and defense acquisition, and accelerating the approval pathways for commercial and international technologies to the US government. As part of the growth initiatives, I\'ve created six additional verticals including software sales, software resales, foreign tech transfer to US and ally country industries and governments, consulting, commercial contracting, and international contracting services in my first year at Davidson.
