    Own systems-level integration and testing for OnStar audio (Dec-2020–Pres.)(incl. gPTP synchronization and eAVB), Aug. Reality Camera (Jan-2022–Pres.), Night Vision (Aug-2022–Pres.) and Device Registration (Feb-2023–Pres.) for new and upcoming infotainment configurations • Regularly perform complex vehicle network analysis (i.e, CAN, Ethernet and proprietary protocols) utilizing Wireshark, IntrepidCS Vehicle Spy 3, in-house C# software tools and assorted data logging interfaces to diagnose issues with implementation and timing of Ethernet Audio Video Bridging (eAVB) across multiple ECUs • Manage team\'s MY24 SUV and regularly complete ECU software updates on entire vehicle • Maintain electrical infotainment systems test bench by routinely flashing and calibrating ECUs, soldering wires, building harnesses/cables and retrofitting the bench architecture as needed to support new ECUs and new infotainment configurations • Successfully led retrofit of team\'s original MY24 SUV to include a new ECU by integrating it into the CAN bus and wiring the main harness • Completed extensive edits and feature additions (incl. detailed Excel spreadsheet output of every eAVB byte group and data structure reorganization) for v2.0 release of C#-based eAVB Ethernet packet byte analyzer tool • Created and executed detailed eAVB systems integration plans for GM\'s new MY23 Infotainment 4.0 system (also called the Virtual Cockpit System) and new MY24 vehicles • Helped uncover critical nibble (half-byte) shift in Virtual Cockpit Unit\'s eAVB frames that blocked OnStar audio functionality for MY23 infotainment systems during early development • Co-developed C# Windows application in Visual Studio that analyzes raw eAVB/gPTP Ethernet bytes, pinpoints errors in byte content/formatting and outputs a color-coded pass/fail result to an analysis tree thereby saving 3–4 hours of analysis time per log and providing feedback to infotainment software teams in 1 hour versus 1–2 days
