Alecsandria ‘Alecs’ Lifschultz is an award-winning executive leader in a Fortune 20 organization with 15 years of sales experience, 10 of which are in the leadership scope. Her leadership and sales experience is partnered with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, both of which have enabled her to lead high-performing teams rooted in the culture of employee engagement. At Verizon, her team expertly navigates the complexities of indirect sales channels, empowered by years of leadership in optimizing partner networks. Her focus lies in enhancing customer relationship management and fostering robust partnerships, leveraging strategic thinking to exceed ambitious sales targets. She is currently responsible for the planning and operations of company products and services to generate sales growth and revenue accretion by developing meaningful client relationships and connecting customers with targeted solutions. With hands-on experience transitioning from a Consumer Sales Director to overseeing indirect channels, She honed skills vital for driving sales growth in a competitive market.
