I am a global procurement and transformation executive with a strong record of delivery at Google, McKinsey & Company, Dell, and Mercedes-Benz. My career has been defined by leading enterprise-wide sourcing strategies while pioneering the use of AI to transform procurement into a driver of innovation, resilience, and growth.At Google, I combined procurement leadership with AI strategy, spearheading the company’s first AI-native procurement tool, which automated contract analysis and unlocked multimillion-dollar savings. I also launched the One Google Negotiation program for $1B+ suppliers and sponsored the 360 Program, which deepened supplier partnerships through cloud and AI alliances and delivered $4B+ in incremental value.At Dell, as Vice President of Indirect Procurement, I oversaw $7B in annual spend and led a 300-person global team. I drove multi-million in savings through a global transformation program and advanced Dell’s 2030 sustainability goals with a pioneering global packaging strategy that strengthened innovative supplier partnerships. I also led a global manufacturing footprint analysis and developed a friendshoring/ allyshoring transformation plan that shifted select facilities from impacted countries to other locations mitigating tariff exposure and reducing supplier dependency,Earlier in my career, as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, I advised Fortune 500 leaders on procurement strategy, digital enablement, and operations transformation, building the foundation for AI-driven innovation at scale.I am passionate about harnessing emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
