I\'m extremely proud to move into the next phase of my career as the co-owner of Options for Senior America, a 35 year old in-home senior care franchise business based in Maryland with locations in 8 states. Our goal is to continue to grow this wonderful business using a combination of quality of service excellence, innovation, and a culture of opportunity for our staff and caregivers. My core competencies include relationship building, revenue growth, cross-functional communication, mentorship, and talent development. I have a passion for innovation and education. I have been recognized for my contributions to the EdTech sector, where I have helped launch and grow several successful online learning platforms and programs. I have also been awarded for my digital marketing and digital transformation initiatives, which have increased customer lifetime value, retention, and satisfaction. I hold an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BS in Economics and MIS from the University of Delaware.

We operate with our own clients in Maryland and have franchise locations in 7 states with 3 new state franchisees to be added soon.
