ABOUT ALEC WYNNE

Alec has significant experience representing owners and tenants of commercial real estate in 25 states in North America and 30 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and South America. Additionally, Alec uses his broad knowledge of the local, national and global marketplaces to align Ascendant Realty services with the real estate strategies of owners and tenants to assist them in meeting their business goals and objectives. To date, Alec has complete over 600 sales and lease transactions for his clients totaling over 6.2 million square feet with a value of $2.1 billion. Alec’s intense work ethic, integrity and dedication to the client’s overall satisfaction has earned him the opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest companies including Western Union, Sumitomo Corporation, Bank of Coast Rica, Teachers (TIFAA-CREF), D.R. Horton Homes, Pulte Homes, Oracle USA Inc, AIMCO, Janus Funds, IKON Office Solutions, Siemens, ADP, CNA Insurance, and Galileo International. Prior to Ascendant Realty, Alec’s work experience further honed his extensive skill set working with large corporations. Those experiences include co-founding Millennium Commercial Advisors in 2009, working as a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in the Corporate Services Division and as a Senior Associate and Vice President at The Staubach Company, where his duties include strategic planning, transaction procurement and disposition for local, regional and national companies. Most recently, Alec started the Denver office for Avison Young, where he grew the office to more than 24 professionals, including 16 brokers.
