During my time as a program assistant, I grew immensely both professionally and personally in my character and skills/attributes that I can offer. During my 4 and now going on my 5th semester in this position, through tasks such as training, scheduling, leading projects, and more allowed me to build and fine-tune my personal attributes like leadership, communication, and creative problem solving. Coming into this position at a time where COVID was extremely relevant in my profession, it allowed me to quickly build on values like confrontation, customer service/relational skills, and team management. Lastly, as a full-time student while working this position typically 20+ hours a week, I feel that I have mastered my skills in areas like time management and ability to multitask.
