I have responsibility for the compensation and benefits provision, focusing on the UK, supporting multiple business lines as well as supporting our European region.\\\\n\\\\nThe annual compensation cycle is a key focus and the delivery of the annual cycle is paramount.\\\\n\\\\nKey areas of responsibilities are the benefit provision operationally, strategically and commercially ensuring that the employee and business receive the best possible provisions.\\\\n\\\\nManage the pension provisions ensuring that legislative changes are managed appropriately, the scheme is being run efficiently, governance is built to support the organisation and employees interests and costs are managed appropriately.\\\\n\\\\nI support the business around financial offer construction and benchmarking, managing the annual benchmarking exercises. Have also been instrumental in the career architecture process.\\\\n\\\\nHave have significant experience in integration both at Chubb and in previous organisations.\\\\n\\\\nAm bringing key agendas and proposals to the forefront of the business and developing health and wealth wellbeing initiatives and strategies across EMEA identifying where the organisation can become a forerunner in employee focused support to ensure engagement, buy in, productivity to name a few and to ensure Chubb retain key talent and attract the right employees to the organisation.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
