I lead legal strategy across contract negotiation, risk management, employment law, compliance, and litigation oversight—aligning legal operations with business objectives and helping drive our growth.With more than two decades of legal experience spanning in-house and private practice roles, I bring a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to corporate counsel. I regularly negotiate and oversee high-value construction contracts—including Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost-Plus agreements—and represent the company in owner and subcontractor negotiations.I direct all legal aspects of our operations, including regulatory compliance, internal investigations, insurance and liability management, HR policy, and training initiatives.
