With my Master of Arts in Global, International & Comparative History from Georgetown University, no wonder a favorite quote of mine is from Winston Churchill:“Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the will to continue that counts.”I am in a career transition – and have the will and commitment to continue my search for an organization that can leverage my expertise. Organizations need people like me who are- Experienced in research & data analysis that drives action and decision making. At RDI, I created and launched their online publication “Democracy Examined,” serving as editor-in-chief, researcher, and writer- Skilled in written and oral communications – whether in front of a classroom of over 50 college undergraduates or writing content for websites. At Georgetown, I served as a teaching assistant, researcher, lecturer and tutor- Committed to the power of collaboration and skilled in bringing people together to act, deliver results and change. My greatest reward has come in seeing students that I tutor now or those I helped at Georgetown learn and have academic success- Known for strong project management and organizational skills. At RDI I led the Talent Management activity, including the High School Intern program.
