   Participated in a campus hire rotational program, gaining cross-departmental training while simultaneously completing process improvement projects- Served as a support Production Supervisor that frequently managed all of the facility’s production lines during an extensive rotation in the production department, which was the core of the program- Participated in the interviewing process of production supervisors- Assisted in training newly hired production supervisors, ensuring smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer- Designed and implemented an innovative conveyor lubrication system, eliminating water usage on one of four production lines, conserving nearly gallons annually, and potentially increasing total efficiency (TE) by up to ≈ 2%, saving the company up to $91,820 annually by reducing lubricant-related downtime- Conducted an extended department rotation within the Planning sector, where I backfilled a Materials Resource Planning role.
