Turo is the worlds largest peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace having raised over $500m from top-tier investors, including IAC, August Capital, GV, and AmEx- GTM strategy & execution. Founding team of Turo UK in 2018, scaling the peer-to-peer business from £0 to multi-figure GBV. Launched the UK’s first car-sharing specific insurance policy designed for entrepreneurial hosts to secure competitive car insurance to run their Turo business (Oct 24\')- Management & leadership. Leadership team at Turo UK responsible for identifying and defining the strategic priorities for Supply. Manage the Host Success (Account Management) team tasked with onboarding new hosts and growing entrepreneurs into small business hosts- Customer acquisition & analytics. Responsible for the verification step of customer onboarding, striking the balance between user conversion and risk. Data analysis and investigation into vendor performance are key aspects of this- Commercial negotiation & budget. Responsible for the end-to-end commercial relationships with our verification vendors and off-hire insurance partners (Apollo MGA Ltd, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Ltd, Shepherd Compello Ltd, and Connected Insurance, among others). Ownership over six-figure Marketing budget for supply growth and community building- Product Operations. Responsible for pitching and securing Product resource on all UK requests, and managing the local rollout strategy.Previous roles at Turo include owning engagement marketing (supply).
