ABOUT ALEC BRYANT
As an Infrastructure Lead at Textron Specialized Vehicles, I play a key role in supporting the Global IT team by managing our Workstation tower. This includes driving strategic initiatives across end-user services, asset management, cost and data analytics, ServiceNow development and administration, and workflow automation. My work directly impacts our thousands of employees worldwide by optimizing IT operations, enhancing system efficiencies, driving cost savings, and improving user experience.I hold a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. My journey at Textron began as an IT Intern in the Summer of 2021, followed by a co-op role while completing my studies. In 2023, I transitioned into a full-time IT Infrastructure Analyst position before advancing into my current leadership role. Throughout my career, I have led and contributed to multiple projects that streamline IT processes, improve operational performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and create meaningful organizational impact.
