My expertise includes proficiency in analytical techniques such as: High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), UV-Vis spectroscopy, Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR), Host Cell Protein (HCP), Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Sodium dodecyl-sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) Spectroscopy, Flame Photometer, Osmometer, pH, Conductivity, Microscopy, Charles River Endosafe PTS-Units, Viable Air Samplers, and Particle Counters, as well as experience in method development and validation. I am proficient in software related to laboratory instrumentation, such as Empower, Chromeleon, and SoftMax Pro. I am also experienced with sample tracking software such as LIMS and SAP.
