About Aldon Purdham

CEO Advisor/Executive Coach • Chief Executive Officer/Founder/OwnerVision & Strategy • Organizational Transformation • Operational ExcellenceThroughout my professional career, I have sought to follow Jesus’s example of servant leadership. In doing so, I have always viewed leading others not in terms of how my subordinates serve me, but, rather, how I serve them. Perhaps a better way to describe this style of leadership is stewardship in the sense that as leaders, we are to be stewards of those to whom we have been entrusted to lead. While such a principle of leadership of people has gained considerable traction over the years, the same cannot be said for how we are to steward our businesses as followers of Christ. Yet, isn\'t stewarding our businesses as Christians for Kingdom impact just as important? Such is the mission of C12 - to equip Christian CEOs and owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose. As a C12 Chair, I am called to help other CEOs and Owners to achieve and live out this very stewardship as they lead their businesses. I also know the challenges that such leaders face in trying to do so; since prior to becoming a C12 Chair, I was a Founder, Owner, and CEO of my own business. I can honestly say that starting my own business is one of the most defining moments of my faith, because there was no guarantee that it would be successful. You don\'t know if you\'re looking success or failure in the mirror. Thus, starting a business is a classic battle between the faith of success and the fear of failure. With God\'s help, it is this battle that I had to overcome in starting and scaling our company. As a C12 Chair, it is this journey of courage and fearlessness in stewarding a business that I seek to help other business leaders traverse. How Have I Been Prepared To Be a C12 Chair?I bring to the table a unique background that includes serving at the senior level of the USAF, providing business consulting to national and defense agencies, transforming a business as a COO, and founding and scaling a business as a CEO. The highlights of this journey are provided below.• Scaled home care startup to $12M in 6 years - 300+ clients, 600+ trained employees, successful exit.#1/12 in brand.• Turned around construction company across 4 states, increasing revenue from $12M to $15M in 18 months.• Appointed by DNI & DIA Director to stand up $500M National MASINT Management Office, unifying 25 intel agencies.• Built USAF ISR org, executed UAV missions, and supported global operations with $4B in assets.
