About Aldo Leon
I manage and evaluate changes on the NASA Space Launch System Artemis project. I lead and drive the process through risk, schedule, cost, technical, program, and process aspects. Collaborating with the broader Boeing organization to make effective and lasting impact is where I have found purpose and great personal satisfaction. In addition, I teach ethics and logic. This is my sandbox to experiment. I am a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Louisiana and a certified Project Management Professional with a background in fossil and nuclear power, chemical production, product standard writing and implementation, financial modeling, and vertical change integration. Working nuclear outages, executing storm recovery, and managing changes for the Artemis program (NASA) gave me a framework to efficiently problem solve. Teaching Logic and Ethics to diverse students elevated my communication skills and transformed my worldview. Flying Cessnas solo over New Orleans in inclement weather ingrained accountability and ownership into my life. Pursuing an MBA at Tulane has expanded my finance, strategy, and management mindset.
