Project - TR7 LNG Project, Value: 4 Billion US$- Location: Bonny Island – Nigeria - Client: NLNG - Joint Venture NNPC/Shell/Total/EniMain activities and responsibilities - Organization, coordination and leadership of E&I discipline at project site - Coordinate and lead an International team of Superintendents, Supervisors, Quality Inspectors, Quantity Surveyors and Planners for the site execution of E&I Activities- Coordinate and lead E&I sub-contractor- Ensuring that E&I site activities are performed from sub-contractor in accordance to the overall schedule, project documentations, Quality & Safety procedures within the assigned cost budget in compliance with contractual obligations - Manage and conduct internal coordination meeting, weekly meeting with sub-contractors and client in order to analyse the status for site execution of E&I activities and propose guidelines, corrective actions and problem solving for any constraints coming throughout the duration of the project- Report to Site Management the status of site execution of E&I activities- Manage pre-commissioning activities for E&I discipline - Manage relationship with stakeholder of project related E&I discipline
