As an experienced Operations & Industrial Director, I’ve had the privilege of leading transnational plants, shaping cutting-edge production strategies, and pioneering efficient processes that push the boundaries of aeronautics and space technology. What I do best: Lead high-performing teams to streamline manufacturing and operational processes. Develop and implement innovative strategies to boost productivity and efficiency. Oversee large-scale composite aerospace structure fabrication, assembly and delivery, Introduction of complex NC machines and tooling also in green field program. Ensure compliance with the highest industry standards (ESA, EASA Part 21 & 145, EN9100, NADCAP). Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.
