Main Responsibilities:• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with user requirements.• Creating and managing job advertisements on platforms such as JobStreet and LinkedIn.• Sourcing and screening talent, and conducting interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements.• Administering and evaluating psychological assessments, delivering accurate reports to stakeholders.• Managing onboarding documentation and ensured a smooth new hire process.• Responsible to developing the company organization by organizing and revising each employee job description (all departments)• Managing HR functions including promotions, rotations, demotions, payroll, disciplinary actions, and employment certifications.• Support LnD Staff to do induction new employees, training events and new employee work equipment needs.• Building relationships with potential candidates, universities, and professional communities.
