Graduated with the highest latin honor- Masters in Nursing Administration.Has significant amount of experience in clinical and administrative division, with emphasis to nursing practice and quality improvement, clinical risk and medical malpractice. Most significant team member and support to NMC Healthcare, the largest private healthcare organization in the middle east, during the COVID-19 pandemic (Wave 1) Outbreak in many ways (developed policies, protocols and clinical guidelines), which is the most difficult because of the lack of familiarity and the potential to disrupt and overwhelm the healthcare facilities.
