About Aleksander Czyzowicz
Aerolink USA is a Colorado-based aviation discovery platform built for student pilots and private pilots navigating the world of flight training. I founded and built it solo: owning everything from product vision and database architecture to deployment and growth.The platform lets pilots search Colorado airports, explore nearby flight schools, and read authentic peer reviews by giving them the information they need to make smart training decisions without bouncing between outdated sources. Built on Next.js, Supabase, and Mapbox, deployed at aerolinkusa.com.I lead all of product, engineering, and marketing: writing specs, shipping features, and connecting directly with the Colorado pilot community to grow the platform toward a sustainable, scalable business.Alongside running Aerolink, I’m pursuing a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a focus on jet and rocket propulsion. My hands-on experience includes designing a liquid/solid hybrid rocket motor, building a lightweight quadcopter, and modeling systems in SolidWorks, Onshape, MATLAB, Excel, and Google Sheets. I’m also working toward my private pilot license, giving me firsthand insight into the needs of the people our platform serves.Beyond academics and start-up life, I serve as a lifeguard for the City of Aurora, roles that sharpen teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving under pressure. Previously, I worked as a Peer Leader for 20+ engineering freshmen, highlighting my leadership abilities through difficult projects. I hold a SolidWorks Mechanical Design Professional certification and am always exploring ways to grow my skills in simulation, flight mechanics, and control systems.
