My focus is on identifying and engaging talent that aligns with both our clients’ needs and HiQ’s culture.In addition to hands-on recruitment, I take an active role in stakeholder management—driving initiatives around best practices within talent acquisition. I collaborate closely with hiring managers to continuously develop our internal processes, ensuring we recruit more effectively and with higher quality outcomes.I also hold system ownership responsibilities, where I contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven recruitment strategies. This includes shaping how we use AI tools to enhance our workflows, as well as co-developing a Candidate Relationship Management system. The CRM initiative focuses on how we nurture our candidate network and ensure that HiQ remains top of mind for the talent we engage with.
