Responsible for scheduling the onsite interview for interested candidates who have passes the online assessment.7. Prepare candidates for Onsite Interview activity by spending 45 mins. Prepare candidate regarding leadership principal and how to answer in star format. Prepare candidate with what to expect and answer any questions they have.8. Push Candidate for HR round after candidate successful onsite interview. Candidate then choose the team of their own choice in HR round.9. Have a good understanding of multiple visa status. Work with candidate who are in USA, Canada, Mexico, Singapore and Chile.10. Work on Excel worksheet, Microsoft word and one note on Windows.
