As a passionate and committed social work professional currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW), I bring hands-on experience in community development, counseling, child welfare, and corporate social responsibility. My academic and fieldwork exposure has strengthened my belief in the power of grassroots engagement and empathetic communication to drive meaningful social change.Throughout my internships with reputed organizations such as CRY – Child Rights and You, UNICEF, HelpAge India, and Deepti Foundation, I’ve actively contributed to initiatives focusing on child protection, mental health, elderly care, and inclusive development. My role as a counselor at Deepti Foundation deepened my understanding of psychological support, trauma-informed care, and the value of trust-building in vulnerable communities.I am especially interested in working at the intersection of child rights, mental health, and sustainable community development, using research-based practices and inclusive policies to empower marginalized populations. My recent training in Gerontology, CSR, and NGO operations has further equipped me with the tools to design and implement impactful programs.
