ABOUT ALBIN SERGENT

Driven by challenge, I am part of the automotive revolution My current position aims at managing the innovative projects for the new generation of sensors for Tier 1 manufacturer Valeo, addressing tomorrow’s electrified powertrains at all carmakers. In continuity to my position in Tokyo front-office, as a Business Development Engineer, I also bring my business & commercial skills by driving product costings and RFQs answers for those innovative products. This led to major awards in the past years, ensuring the Sensors platform future profitability. To do so, and to deliver the best answer to our customers, I lead people from different networks (R&D, Process, Quality, Logistics). This is what appeals me most, because success always comes from working as ONE TEAM. I am highly determined to achieve my goal, which is to shape the future of the industry by managing international projects on highly innovative products. “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” – African proverb When running, going far is what I currently train for.
