Ltd.(HK: 0991) on the listing of £676m of H Shares on the Main Market- Advising a Chinese financial institution on a potential acquisition of a large financial group with assets located in 8 jurisdictions in CEE- Advising BYD on the joint venture with a UK business; and- Advising a number of high tech companies from China to expand the business in the UK, including HikVision, Nuctech, Caocao Mobility and etc.
