I am a hospital and healthcare finance executive focused on driving performance turnaround, operational discipline, and financial accountability in complex health systems.Over the past decade, I have held senior finance and analytics leadership roles within Northern Light Health, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance at Eastern Maine Medical Center. In this role, I partnered closely with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to improve financial and operational performance across the hospital.My work centers on building alignment between financial strategy and frontline execution - establishing accountability structures, improving revenue cycle performance, optimizing labor, and enhancing throughput and access.
