Over twenty years of experience leading technology teams building products for active traders and investors in the financial trading and securities markets both in the US and Japan. Ample knowledge managing distributed teams across the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Hands-on experience opening and running Software Development operations in Costa Rica and other countries in the LATAM region outside or under free trade zone regimes. Held Director and VP roles as well as VP of operations and Country Manager for Costa Rica while working at TradeStation Technologies, Inc. Most recently since March of 2019 serving in the role of CEO and Founder of SoftwareCraft, inc. a nearshore consulting firm specialized in building engineering teams for US companies in Latin America. An avid technologist passionate about helping professionals and companies succeed, member of the advisory board for Costa Rica for Global Chamber, a global organization aimed at fostering international trade and professional connections across the globe.
