A random day at work :• Identify design problems —> I look for pain point(s)• Conduct ad hoc research, using a range of user research methodologies including in-depth interviews, focus groups, remote interviews, diary studies, card-sorting, tree testing and surveys —> This is how the pain point is spotted and tested• Communicate results and suggestions in compelling ways, writing reports and briefing teams—> I explain the pain point and possible solutions to everyone• Wireframing, sketching, and prototyping user experiences for digital products, based on research findings and user testing —> I make the solution crystal clear to everyone• Shape scenarios, user journeys, end-to-end experiences —> I implement the solution in the overall experience because that\'s what is best for the user• Collaborate with other team members and key stakeholders iterating on designs based on feedback, research, and testing—> I aim to stay in sync with everyone while finding and conceiving the solution
