I’m a Business Solution Architect with more than 20 years of experience in design and integration of business flows for financial institutions and corporates. Swift Certified Engineer from 2002 to 2008 working for Swift recognised partners.After I joined Swift in 2008, I focused on technical pre-sales activities working closely with clients to define their business and technical/integration requirements, design business flows and technical architecture to deliver a fully functional technical design meeting their needs. I’ve also covered Account/Relationship Manager and People Management role for several years.During these years I acted as Mentor/Coach for new members of the team and colleagues from other departments.Experience on the design of business flows for Payments and Cash Management, TARGET2 and ESMIG implementation, SEPA payments, Instant Payments, ISO 20022 migration and IPR (Instant Payment Regulation) including VOP (Verification of Payee).Knowledge of Payment Systems (e.g. ESMIG T2/T2S/ECMS, Cross-Border payments, …), Instant Payments solutions (e.g. ESMIG TIPS and RT1), Value Added Services (e.g. VOP), Standards (e.g. CBPR+) and Networks. Since 2016 assisting customers with the Swift’s Cybersecurity Framework CSP (Customer Security Programme) and involved in the evolution of the security controls of the framework. The framework is based on NIST, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.I followed internal Project Management courses and covered this role in several projects.Good oral, written and presentation skills.
