A.Einstein I am Alberto Zanella, I was born on 30/01/1993 in Bologna. I am the Executive Sales Manager of Esseti printed circuit board. In 2013 I started my mission in Esseti! It was not easy because we were a little company, the PCB market was reducing year by year and the Chinese competitors and trader companies were ensuring markets. However, I decided to participate inq some international exhibitions as Electronica in Munich, IBC in Amsterdam, and other national events. I developed important partnerships with some Asia PCB companies, I started the cooperation with some big customers, and I decided to invest in Broadcast (RF) application. For this reason, we invested a lot of money in our important Special raw material stock. In this way I ensured Broadcast market. In this time, we are the main Teflon PCB supplier for the most important Broadcast companies! After that I decided to invest also on difficult PCB as HDI. In the first time, I chose some serious and flexible partners to offer the hight quality/good price and perfect service. In the second time, we started to invest in our production plant to make these types of PCBs also in our Italian plant. For this reason, I decided to renovate the production plant and I re-organized the quality certifications planning. Thank to these actions we have increased the turnover year by year and this is just the beginning! Now, Mrs. Doriana is still the CEO of Esseti but my sister Alice Zanella and I are keeping the full control of Esseti. We are young managers, and our target is growing up the turnover of our company year by year! However, please keep in mind that Turnover is important, but the most important thing is Mark-up!
