Gynecologist Fertility Specialist. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Messina (Italy) in 2006 and specialized in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with expertise in infertility problems at the same University in 2012. During his training he completed a Clinical Observership at Yale University (USA) and was clinical fellow at CRG of Universitair Ziekenhuis in Brussels (Belgium). In 2016, he obtained a Ph.D. in Reproductive Endocrinology and was Post-doctor Fellow at the University of Messina (Italy). He obtained a Master in Reproductive Medicine at the University of Urbino (Italy) in 2018 and a Master in Andrology and Assisted Reproduction Techniques of University of Padova (Italy) in 2019.Finally, in 2018 he achieved the National Certification as Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology.He is a reviewer of scientific journals and is author and/or co-author of several peer-reviewed research papers and of some book chapters in the field of Reproductive Medicine as well as abstracts presented at international meetings (Scopus Index 17). His scientific work is primarily focuses on management of poor ovarian responders, reproductive endocrinology, efficacy and efficiency of IVF treatment. Moreover, he has gained experience in egg donation programs. Finally, he has lectured at several scientific meetings in Italy and around the word.
