Inside the plant organization, the PACKAGING MANAGER has to report to the PLANT MANAGER and is the manufacture responsible, from the Bright Beer Tank to the finished product. He is responsible of department’s management, in terms of people, systems and procedures. The role’s output is quantified in the achievement of predetermined objectives in terms of achieved volumes in the productive plan and in terms of scheduled references, quality of product, the correct management of the plants and of the resources, and control of all costs associated with the department.
