This motivation to break from the pack is stronger than ever as we roll out Talent Engage globally, an innovative life hub platform for freelancers based around rewarding loyalty and providing a range of professional and personal wellbeing programs. At Talent we see community impact and legacy as vital to our business, which is why we tackle social bias and attitudes. We do this through our charity Talent RISE which provides employment opportunities for young people experiencing barriers to employment, and programs like 100% Human at Work promoting the importance of diversity, equality and respect in the workplace. Talent is also an active member of Virgin Unite’s B Team with a particular focus on the challenges and opportunities associated with the Future of Work. Hallo! My name is Alberto and I am a Delivery Consultant at Talent International in Berlin. I am currently working in a multicultural Team that has more than 20 years of experience in Recruitment, Client Relations and Communication. Our vision and ambition are unique. We\'re committed to creating the most rewarding experiences for our candidates, clients, colleagues and community. I am specializyng in recruiting Product Designers (UX and UI), Service Designers and Product Managers. Has always fascinated me how Design influences what we think, the way we feel and the decisions we make. Good Design is so much more than creating a good-looking product. It is about creating a positive experience for users at every touch point and with every interaction.
