ABOUT ALBERTO BARCIA

Alberto has been with KPMG since October of 2011 in the Financial Services Industry. His primary practice is audit and his clients range from well known global banks to community banks. In addition, to this experience Alberto\'s expertise in the financial services industry lies in accounting for: shared based payments, pensions, deposits, goodwill, taxes,derivatives, allowance for loan losses.Alberto was President of the Zicklin Graduate Accounting Society and KPMG campus ambassador at Baruch College during the 20••••11 academic year. I am a detailed oriented individual, organized, an active listener and I communicate well with clients and my fellow peers. Some of achievements during my academic career included becoming VP of the Zicklin Graduate Accounting Society, participating in PwC NY metro explore program, winner of PwC Project Make [it] Count, participated in Deloitte\'s Summer mentor program and receiving a scholarship through ASCEND. I am graduate of City College with a B.A. in economics. My short-term career goal is to obtain all the necessary skills as a entry level auditor.
