Working in Dell Technologies Cybersecurity Incident Response and Recovery Team. Our efforts aim to assist customers in their recovery efforts after being attacked by malicious malware and ransomware. When we are contracted to perform recovery work, we go on-site and work with the contracting company\'s Senior Management and IT department\'s leadership to restore the company to a functional state.• Currently, Managing Cybersecurity Recovery projects with up to 130 team members, customers-based and Dell badged engineers. • Providing Security Assessments, Data Sanitization, and Monitoring of their Network while at the same time assessing their Network and providing recommendations to bring up a sanitized environment with little chance of re-infection.• Working side by side with the customer engineers giving them best practice recommendations for rebuilding/recovering their network and assisting with training where necessary.• Conducting daily status meetings with the customer and team to review progress and expectations. Keeping track of work detail and reporting to all on Financials.
