About Albert Assad

I\'m a serial entrepreneur who\'s built two categories of businesses. The first group is all about helping business owners succeed—I run a consulting firm focused on strategy and growth, partner in a bookkeeping company that handles the financial foundation for small businesses, and co-founded an M&A firm where we guide owners through exits and acquisitions. Over the years, I\'ve developed what I call the 3Cs of Scalability—Customer, Culture, and Cashflow—because when those three are aligned, businesses can scale predictably. I\'ve helped several businesses sell for double what they were originally offered, which never gets old.The second group is focused on international infrastructure development—connecting communities with resources and partnerships for large-scale projects. I\'ve lived in six countries and speak four languages, which definitely comes in handy when you\'re building businesses across borders.I\'ve also taught entrepreneurship at Emory and invest in real estate. I serve on a few nonprofit boards, but what really energizes me is sitting down with an entrepreneur who\'s stuck and helping them see a clear path forward. There\'s something satisfying about untangling complexity and building something that lasts. That\'s why I like traveling, playing ice hockey, and used to do extreme sports.

Teaching senior students from the Goizueta Business School the practical experience of creating a real business! With a hands-on course that takes a product from concept to launch. They work in teams to develop, prototype, market, and sell a real product on campus.
