Having solid core values and a leadership philosophy focused on people and goal achievement, it was natural for me to move towards Human Resources. During these 25 years as an HR professional, I have had many extraordinary opportunities to grow and to learn how to turn my failures into successes; but there is one goal of which I am particularly proud: I have achieved my goals with sacrifice and tenacity.As our professional community grows, if we want to win on the field we must exploit every advantage and try all avenues to find and attract the best talent in the market without losing sight of our goal.
